I am now playing in a new band called Kingdoms. We released our first 5 song EP for free a couple weeks ago. You can download it here. I also did vocal production and mixed a record for Kosmonaut this summer, and they just launched their page here. There are a few interesting and exciting projects that I'm finishing up or starting soon. I'll attempt to keep this site up to date (yeah, right..).

My latest project, a concept album by The Sun, The Rain, The Appleseed, is currently streaming in it's entirity here. There is also a short preview of the album available by launching the audio player on this site. Speaking of which... you may or may not notice the brand new design. Forgive me for any bugs while i get it straightened out.
You can check out two new songs from Play Oliver in the player here. The band was in recently to record 4 of the 7 tracks that will be on their album "Pacifically," which will be released in May. If you like what you hear, check out their myspace page for 2 more tracks from the album.
Elsa Jayne has c ompleted her full length album and posted a couple new tracks on her myspace page. Keep an eye out for the album release sometime in June. You can also listen to the song "Stranger" in the music player here.
Local favourites Lifestory:Monologue were in recently to record a new demo track which has been released. Check it out in the player to the left or on their myspace page.

Welcome to the new website! I am sorry that the site was down for a few weeks, but there have been some exciting new updates since then. The live room has been given a major facelift - new paint, new flooring, and new treatment. Gear-wise, the control room has been upgraded to feature a ProTools HD Accel system running on a Mac Pro, and new preamps and microphones include models from API, Vintech, AKG, Neumann, and Sennheiser. Take a look around the rest of the site to see what else has changed, and what the studio has to offer. Thanks to Paul Taylor of Adelante Design for the new layout.

-Phineas Gage have completed and released their new E.P. You can check out a few tunes on their myspace.
-Oceans recorded two awesome new tracks, which are available for download here.
-Local rapper R.G. laid down a few songs, you can hear a couple of them here.
-Three Christmas songs have been completed at the studio recently. You can hear and download "Carol of the Bells" (featuring Jordan Valeriote on guitar and bass, Chris Taylor on drums, and vocals by Justin Sytsma) and "Emmanuel" (music by Jordan Valeriote and vocals by Britt Valeriote) on the Sundown MySpace page. The other track is a cover done by Scott Herder and can be heard here!

Battle Creek have completed their debut full-length album, due out Nov. 11. The album was produced/engineered/mixed by Jordan Valeriote at Sundown Studio and mastered at Cherry Beach Sound. Click here to listen to two of the new tracks.
Dave Hennig is continuing work on new albums from carcrasheyes and Elsa Jayne, and Jordan is currently working on a new E.P. with Phineas Gage.
Walk the Line, a new band featuring ex-members of The Shadows Valley, are finishing up 3 new songs this month. You can hear one of them now here. In other news, the control room has been updated with a new Mac Pro, featuring quad-core processing, 2GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage.
City of Lights tracked 3 songs last week, two of which can be heard here.
Elsa Jayne, carcrasheyes and Battle Creek are all working on full-length albums at Sundown throughout the rest of the summer, so expect some great new music from these local artists soon.
