Jordan's career in music got started as guitarist in the influential local band Race Well Run. After recording demos and an EP with the band, he had a keen interest in recording arts and began to pursue it as a career. In the spring of 2006, Jordan opted out of admission to Fanshawe's competitive Music Industy Arts program in favour of starting his own studio. He immediately began to attract local bands as he steadily learned the art of recording through experience and built a solid reputation in the local music scene and beyond.
Jordan worked for 6 months as a full-time assistant engineer at the world class studio Cherry Beach Sound in Toronto, assisting for artists such as Usher, Timbaland, Serena Ryder, and The Jonas Brothers. He has since chosen to return to operate Sundown, and has been working full-time as independent producer/engineer since January 2008.
Jordan has a keen interest in all genres of music, lately focusing on hardcore/metal, pop rock and indie rock. He is also recently had a stint as guitarist in the hardcore/metal band KINGDOMS.
